Whats the going rate to have a boat stored there Rick..Is it heated? Does it have any type of security system? Insured if it would catch fire, flood, tornado, huricane, well you get the picture...

Our Storage Rate For Most Boats (20 - 30') Is $67.50 Per Month If You Pay For 3 Months Or More In Advance, Which Is $202.50
If You Wish To Pay Month By Month Our Rate Is $75. Per Month.
We Also Offer A 20% Discount If You Pay For A Year Or 12 Months In Advance Which Is $720 Per Year, And Equals To A Monthly Cost Of $60.
We Only Heat The Building To A Very Bare Minium Around 35 Degrees Just To Keep The Sprinkler System From Freezing, So You Would Still Need To Winterize.
As Far As Security, We Have The Exterior Of The Building Pretty Well Lit And We Are At The Building Every Morning And Every Evening.
We Will Probaly Have Camera's In The Future.
You Will Need To Provide Your Own Insurance. Our Rates Would Need To Be Much More Expensive If We Provided Any.
Like I Privious Mentioned We Do Have An Active Sprinkler System.
