Just an FYI.....

On Friday evening as I was putting my boat in at North Pool Dock, The Park Rangers were out in the parking area. It seems 4 or 5 trucks had their driver's side windows smashed in. I don't know if anything was stolen or not, but it was obvious they had chosen trucks with empty trailers attached for obvious reasons. Just a head's up!






Also, I'm heading to Caesar's as we speak, 8 June!

That's awful! Where is this ramp located? Is there a lot of traffic up there?

I always go to wellman meadows and have never had problems. Probably due to the fact that I'm there at 7am and out by noon, but I chose to go there because its the closest ramp to my house, and there are always rangers there watching the ramps.

Wellman Meadows is by the dam and gets used the most. North Pool is by the beach on the North side of St Rt 73. Furnace Shores is the steep doc on the South side of 73.

North Pool is the one near the beach off 73, and yes there were quite a few people there when we pulled up. I don't know how many were there when the crime was committed. It's odd because we don't normally put in there either, we usually put in at Furnas Shore ramp, which is the second closest ramp to the damn.
