I cant add photos to a forum or album or whatever. Can someone tell me how. Thanks

Are you trying to post pictures that are already online somewhere or are you trying to upload them from you computer?
If you already have them online somewhere find the URL/file path and put it between ["IMG"]["/IMG"] tags.
Don't use quotes like I did, I had to do this so the forum didn't try to render the tags as an image.

You should be able to upload pics into posts but you do have to use the advanced post screen by clicking on the "Go Advanced" button below the quick reply box.
From there you have to use the "manage attachments" button in the additional options section to upload photos.
