Whatta ya think of opening the park if and when it freezes solid enough and we get enough snow to make it the first ever cable snow park?!! You could put a couple small sliders and kickers out there. Or if there's no snow on it do some skating or hockey? Just a thought on how you could utilize it year round and put more bills in the wallet!!

It's a good idea. We can't do it this year because we already winterized the cable but maybe it's something we will do next year. Let's pray for a cold winter.

Ryan, where do you live in Springboro? I grew up there and now live in Centerville. One of my good friends from high school bought the ice skating rink off Austin road and we get get games together late night if you want to play.

Off Yankee in Laurel Glen right around the corner from the rink. I have a buddy that's in a league over there and said I could sub in sometime but there hasn't been any need yet. I'd love to play! Just gotta get the dust off the equipment!!

Just for fun -- how does one go by winterizing a cable park?

We take off all the carriers, grease the cable, clean everything with a tooth brush, grease the pulleys... stuff like that.
