I started to set up the rails in my back yard this weekend. I got the drop in finished just before all the snow hit yesterday, but I don't have a picture yet. I will get one today and post it up.

I am reusing a old rail right now, but we might have to make all new rails just because.

Nice set up man. How does that PVC slide? I imagine it slides super quick. Does it get wavy after jumping on it a few times? Seems like that could be an issue especially if you ski.

that looks fun.. You might as well line it up with the house and start from the top of the roof.

The sliding surface is Trek decking. The really expensive deck material that everyone uses now. Its a really hard plastic that is a lot slower than PVC. It is about 3/4" thick so it will not get wavy. I ride a rail board that has the edges detuned, but it doesn't catch an edge too bad with a regular board.

The plan was to drop in off the roof, but the gutters get smashed. Come up and hit it Bill.

Yeah i've slid PVC before on my skis and it Trucked me up pretty good. Never slid that composite deck stuff before.
