Location: Dry Ridge, Kentucky. J. House is on Williamstown Lake (350 acre lake).
Accommodations:
Lakefront Home with 2 Bedrooms & 2 Full Baths (Sleeps 9-11). Two Queen beds, Bunk with twin on top and full on bottom, sleeper sofa, and 2 full size couches.
Fully finished basement provides ton of extra space for additional sleeping arrangements
36" tv with surround sound & dvd player. No cable/satellite.
Washer/Dryer (must bring your own laundry detergent)
Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove
Huge yard and deck overlooking lake
Private dock with slip (23' max boat length on lake).
Linens provided (sheets, towels, pillows)
Basic cookware provided (utensils, pots / pans)
Propane Grill
No smoking and no pets please...
Current Seasonal Rates (2 night minimum):
Weekly Rate .... $1000 / Week
Weekend Rate (Fri, Sat) ... $200 / Night
Mid-Week Rate (Sun - Thurs) .. $150 / Night
