Wonderful article! It sounds we don't have much of a chance this year but next year with a potential $10 million from the state of Kentucky and $30 million from the federal government, we may have our best chance ever to get it passed (2008 budget). I thought the expansion project got about $500,000 passed last year so they could start the water testing by the Army Corp of Engineers. Does anyone else have any additional or inside information on this expansion project?
